Added and managed RPT_REPORT_SECTION_REPORT_HEADER and RPT_REPORT_SECTION_REPORT_FOOTER.
Some bugfixes in RptObjText.
The RptObjText's source attribute understand @Page, resulting in printing current page number.
Managed "underline" and "strike" font's attributes.
